The work to be undertaken is the construction of an Outlet Drain from .the Darwin Road to the Waimata River, and the purchase of the necessary Land for the course of the drain. The sum proposed to' be borrowed is £1000. The security to b© given will be a -Special Rate of 9-32nds of a Penny m the £1 on the ratable value of the m table property m the Darwin Road Drain Special Rating District.
