- The Union- S.S. Co's Squall, . which left Gisborne .on' Thursday for Tolagn Bay and Auckland,- evidently eticountered the westerly gale as 'she had not arrived m Auckland yesterday. She is ejected to reach there to-day, and leaves early for Tolagn Bay and Gisborne. The Union S.S. Co's Kowhai, which left Cishorne on Wednesday for Greymouth direct, with 100 head of cattle, was compelled to put into Nelson at 7 last evening on account of the heavy weather. The Union S.S. Co's Haupiri, .which is at present on her way to Auckland, via Coast ports anu Limestone Island, worked Tokbmam Buy yesterday, and left for Waipiro..
