Mr ■*■*•"• *^' P arneß says that the House of Commons; Labor party have some misgivings as to the continued efficiency of trades unions tinder /the Insurance Bill. He would support the second reading,, but future action would be largely determined by alterations piade m committee. Laborites were unable to agree to the clause depriving .trade unions\of full control of the funds of the Labor party. They would also insist that unemployment benefits be distributed through trades unions. '
