Edward Avas to have taken tho leading .part m a similar function m 'June last. Thousands of boys Avill be rushed, cheering,: from various parts of the parade ground, and will form a circle round tho inspecting party.. ■ They wili then sing "Hail to the Chief," and listen to an address from his Majesty. . The King ,is president of .the * Boy Scout movehjent,; and this -rally -will be the most important since the inception camp at Bournemouth, four, years ago.-
