NEW ROADS FOR LONDON. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph.— Copyright.) LONDON, February 10. The Board of Trade m a report on the traffic of London, suggests the making of one hundred miles of new roads. The Daily Mail estimates that the work will cost £20,000,000.
