The match' resnlted in a win for Old Boys, and the Feilding -Club appealed on the ground that tbe Old Boys' had defaulted on two consecutive ' Saturdays, and were therefore disqualified. The, New -Zealand Union dismissed the appeal Oil the ground that the matter was beyond its jurisdiction.
