All protests must be lodged with the Secretary in writing, within 10 minutes after the disputed event, accompanied with deposit of 10s : such deposit to be forfeited should,- the protest not bo sustained. • '*.'; The Committee's decision to be final on all points^; fcvery competitor taking part in any event other than the open events, must bo a bona fide employee of either Freezing* Works, to. the satisfaction of the Committee. ■■■■<■ * The Committee reserve the right to alter the order of events.
