(Press Assm— By Telegraph.— Copyright.) (Received February 10, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 9. The Countess of Crewe has been accouched of an heir. Lord Crewe haa been married twice. His first wife had three daughters, and died in 1887. In 1899 he married Lady Margaret Primrose, yqungest daughter of Lord Rosebery.
