(Per Press Association.) NAPIER,; laAt night; : The Hawke's Bay Rowing Association's regatta was held at; West Shore yesterday, m fine weather, and before a- good 'attendance. The water, was very choppy for the first tliree races, but then -w£nt; down. No times were taken.
