A HANDSOME GIFT.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. At a .conceit last night m the Town Hall, the national testimonial ,to Mr W. J. Wallace, -the well-known: footballer. wa.s presented by 'the- Prime Minister. Mr Wallace was given a cheque for £250, and is to receive the proceeds of the concert, which may run into £50 or thereabouts.
