(Press Assn. — By Telegraph — Copyright.) (Received September 2, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, September 1. It is reported tliat Sat-a Khan, leader of the revolutionaries at Tabriz, attacked the Shah's troops during a parade. HeaA'y fighting ensued, and 800 were killed and wounded. .
