!■ (Per Press Association.) DANNEVIEKE, this day. , There was a , sitting of the ; Teachers' ;'Court of Appeal at Dannevirke yesterjday, before Mr Riddell, S.M., and Mr 1 White for tlie teachers and. Mr McLean ffor the Board. The case was one in iwhieh Wm.- McGlure, master: of ;the Kiri'taki school, appealed 1 against the action iot the Board in transferring , him from ;the Kiritaki school and offering relief 'work. A great quantity of. evidence, was taken for the appellant,* and "showed dissatisfaction of long standing with the 'committee. . The reports on the school were not What the committee wished. It was also showji.that there, had been fric- • tion between the master and mistress.: The master also foiled to live in the school residence.^ Mr Foster, master of Mount Cook school, Wellington, conducted the case forHhe Teachers' Institute. Tlie appeal was dismissed,; with costs against the appellant. . ■' . - -
