BANK ORDERED TO', HAND OVER LEMOINE'S PACKET. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph. — Copyright.) (Received April 16, 8.8 a.m.) LONDON, April 15. Tlie Divisional Court ordered the Union of London and Smith's Bank to deliver to the Bow Street Magistrate the packet supposed to contain Lemoine's formula for. diamond-making. Lord Alverston remarked that the Court did not direct what the Magistrate was to do with the packet.
