ANARCHISTS ARRESTED.
SMUGGLING EXPLOSIVES INTO
PARIS

(Received April 14, 8.29 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. Owing to information from London three anarchists belonging to an international group were arrested in a suburb of Paris. Two were in possession of Bickford fuse unci a quantity of dynamite, which they were attempting to smuggle into Pans.
