(Received April 14, 8.30 a.m.) • LONDON, April 13. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat is 3,986,000 quarters; Continent 2,920,---000, Atlantic shipments 95,000, and Pacific 30,000 quarters. Reuter states that the stocks of wheat in country elevators in Canada amounts to two arid a half million bushels, against nineteen ' million bushels in 1907.
