The New Zealand Times v states that the publication by the Government of the i-eports upon the recent scientific expedition to the southern islands will be on a scale m keeping with the scientific interest and value attaching to . the records. Collections made by members of the expedition are being submitted to the best scientists of Australasia for their opinions, and these reports will be bound with the record of the expedition, making, the whole a 'valuable work of reference.
