CALCUrrA, April li Tli© ringleader of th© xmrty which •attempted to destroy the train, conveying Sir Andrew- Fraser, Lieutenant Governor of Bengal, and hig wife as cabled on December 9th, -was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment, and lus five accomplices to five years' imprisonment. Each ringleader has confessed that ho was induced to make the attempt for twelve rupees wliich were never paid.
