' The organisers of the boycott m China declare that they will not relent until Japanese commerce suffers to the extent of £60,000,000. (Received April 13,. 8.30 a.m.) PEKIN, April 12. The last Japanese steamer, America Maru, sailed from China to San Francisco without a package of Chinese cargoand with only 25 passengers, compared with 730 passengers aboard the Empress of India, winch sailed on Thursday.
