Speaking at the annual 1 dinner of the Institution of Mechanical' Engineers, Lord Tweedmouth, First Lord of the Admiralty, again emphasised, the necessity for maintaining our command of the eeas. The' ideal, he said, should be to make the army and the navy work together into one another's hands.
