Tho announcement that the Countess of Yarmouth (nee Alice Thaw, of Pittsburg, Penn.) has begun proceedings for the nullification of her marriage with the Earl of Yarmouth has induced an American correspondent to give the names of a few American girls who have married titles and obtained sorrow. This list is : — Miss Anna Robinson gave to Lord Rosslyn a. fortune of £100.000. Divorced: Miss Heloh Morton brought to the Due tie Valency £200,000. Neglected. Miss, Florence Drouillard married Count Bearnard de Pourtalis ; had a fortune of £100,000. Separated. Miss Elizabeth Curtiss wedded Due de Dino; her fotune totalled £1,400,000. Divorced. Miss Isabel Bunee wedded Baron Brin. sart von Schweullendorf ; her fortune was £200,000. Separated. Miss Isabel Tucker married Lord Lindsay ; her fortune was £200,000. Divorced. Miss Edith van Buren wedded Count Castalmanarclo ; her fortune was £100,---000. Separated. Miss Lilian May married Lord William Bagot ; her fortune was £100,000- Separated. Miss Julia B. Mackay wedded Prince Colono; her 'fortune* was £100,000. Divorced. Miss Marie Reine Fusz married Count Penaloza; her fortune was £100,000.
