THE KAISER IN ENGLAND.

A CORDIAL RECEPTION. (Press Assn. — By Telegraph — Copyright). LONDON, November 13. Shooting at Windsor, the Kaiser bagged 700 birds. At a State banquet m St. George's Hall, King Edward, m .proposing the toast of "The. Guests" referred to the Kaiser's kindness and sympathy on the occasion of Queen Victoria's death. He expressed the sincere pleasure which the visit gave himself, Queen Alexandra, "and the whole of my people." The Kaiser, m his reply, said : "Many dear ; memories of bygone days link me with the 'English Royal Family." He touchingly referred to his earliest days and the happy childhood spent under the roof and within the walls of grand old Windsor Castle. He earnestly hoped the close relationship of the two families would be reflected m the relations of thfe two countries, thus confirming the peace of the world, which it was the constant endeavor of himself and King Edward to preserve. j The Kaiser conferred the Order of thi. Black Eagle on the Dukes of Argyle anil Wellington, and the Red Eagle on Earl Beauchamp. j The Kaiser and Kaiserin were presented with an address of welcome: and entertained at luncheon ' at the Guildhall, at which 840 guests were present.' Great enthusiasm was. displayed by the public lining the thoroughfares through which their Majesties -passed. ' BERLIN, November 13. At the conclusion of the Windsor visit, the Kaiser spends a fortnight privately at Highcliffe Castle, Christchurch the Kaiserin returning home.
