At a State banquet m St. George's Hall, King Edward, m .proposing the toast of "The. Guests" referred to the Kaiser's kindness and sympathy on the occasion of Queen Victoria's death. He expressed the sincere pleasure which the visit gave himself, Queen Alexandra, "and the whole of my people."
