IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested m them m tliat behalf by "The j Local Bodies' .Loans' Act, 1901," the Cook County Council do hereby -resolve as follows : — "That for the purpose of providing the interest and other, charges on a Loan of £400, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council ! under the. provisions of 'Tlie Local Bodies' Loans Act 1901," for constructing Mfurpliy's Road, Rotorua Stock Track/ the .'said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy, a Special Rate of One-sixth of a Penny m the £1 upon the ratable valuation of ull ratable property of the Ngatapa Loan District No. 1, comprising — ' Grazing Ryns 76, 77, 30, and Subdivision 2of Run 29 ;< Hangaroa-Matawai B 2 and B 3 Part Okahuatiu No. 2, 15,190 acres Sections 11, 16, Tahora 2 and that such Special Rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July m each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period ,of forty -one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
