KAISER'S COURT SCANDAL.
BERLIN, June 8. The extraordinary affair arising from the insinuations of Herr Maximilian Har. den m the Zukunft against the members of the Kaiser's "Round Table," has taken a new phase. Herr Harden- definitely accused^ the "Round. Table" of attempting to influence "the Eniperor'in political matters and of conspiring to overthrow Prince Buelow. At the same time he -hinted at strange practices among the "conspirators" and talked of cui'ous spiritualistic seances and "abnormal inclinations.'' Pnnce Philip zu Eulenburg, the head of the "Round Table" and owner of the Castle of . Liebenberg, where the seances ar© alleged to have taken place, has followed up big resignation from the diplomatic service by causing criminal "proceedings to be brought against himself as a means of establishing the groundlessness of the Zukunft's innuendoes. Another member of the "Round Table," Count Cimo von Moltke, is bringing an action for personal libel against Herr Harden. A prominent member oil the French Embassy m Berlin is now declared to be one of tlie most conspicuous figures m the whole scandal.
