TO-DAY'S PARLIAMENT.
(From Our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. This afternoon's business consists of the second reading of private Bills. The balance of the afternoon will be occupied with Government measures, of which the Rotorua Town and Police Offences Amendment Bills head the list. The Financial debate opens at 7.40. Mr Massey, who has been suffering from a heaw cold, is better to-day, and intends to give big voice a trial this afternoon. If he is unable to undertake the ', task o_ making a speech in the debate Mr Allen will lead off, and deal with the financial aspect of the Budget. The report of the Native Commission, which has been ready for the past "week, will come down in the course, of, a _ew days. So far it has not been considered by Cabinet. .
