DEATH OF MR BOLT, M.L.C.

Bolt dropped dead to. day on his way back from Waipori, after the ceremony of turning on the electric po.ver for Dunedin City. Mr Bolt's death occurred übout 4,45 p.m., the party being then about three miles from the power-house ut Waipori. A long hill was encountered soon alter the journey was commenced, and Air' Bolt along - with J| others walked up the steep pinches^ih. order to ease the load for the horses as much a*" possible. Ho cvi. dently overexerted himself, however, us after he had walked about a ;qu&"rlef of a mile he collapsed. On getting Into the trap he seenied to revive, but as soon as a- start was made he fell back dead,- Mr .
