KIA ORA DAIRYING COMPANY.
The usual monthly meeting of the Company was heldl on Thursday. It was decided to nay 7id lo sliarehoHeis for but-ter-fat for November, and l payments for the month amounting to £2900 were passed. Tlie manager reported that the supply was increasing daily, the output of butter having reached a ton and ohalf a day. Tlie grading of tlie Company's butter continues high, late shipments having reached 92 points, which must be considered highly satisfactory, indicating as it does all-round excellence of manufacture. At the Dunedin Winter Show of butter and cheese, held this year, the butter exhibit that took first prize scored 93 points, the second scored 92£ and the others ranged' from 91£ points down to 88. The Kia Ora Company therefore does well when its ordinary output grades 92.
