NOTICE is hereby given that this Council did, on the 19th August, proceed by Special Order to repeal the By-laws of this Council which were made on the 25rd December, 1887, and to substitute therefor a new. series of By-laws, as follows: — (1) To regulate the proceedings of (/he Council. (2) To regulate the Licensing of Pedlars and Hawkers. (3) To regulate the conduct of Pounds and Poiindkeepers. , (4) To prohibit, the running at large of Pigs and Goats. (5) To regulate Tronic over Bridges. (6) To regulate the widths of tyres to be. used on dray and waggon \y heels, and the number of horses"' that may be used m such drays. (7) To regulate the Lights to be carried on Vehicles. (8) To regulate the use of Motor Cars. (9) To regulate and license Public Billiard Rooms. (10) To regulate the driving of Loose Horses. The Council will confirm this Special Order on 16th SEPTEMBER, 1904.
