The U.S.S. Go's s.s. Talune arrived from Auckland about. 1 p.m. yesterday, and proceeded to Southern ports last evening. Passengers: Inward — Misses Chrisp, Every, Sylvesta, Prince ; Mesdames McCabe, Chrisp and child, Harvey and two children, Young Prince; Messrs Lawrence, Chrisp, Young, Golding, McCredie, Nolan, Swarm, Mattchett, Jarrett, Hansen, Jorring, Mayer, Dalby, Neenan, Ghitty, Hughes, Wilkinson, Riley, Pirini, Raoiapia. Outward — Mrs Rawson; Messrs Carroll, Ferguson, Reynolds, Scragg (2), Collins, Luoiii, McKeich, Hogg, 'Edmundson, Thompson. Messrs Richardson and Co's s.s. Toroa arrived from Napier this morning with a consignment of sundries and merchandise. The steamer proceeds to Akitio Bay tomorrow morning. The U.S.S. Go's Herald worked Tokomaru Bay and Waipiro yesterday, and was at Tolaga Bay this morning. The Herald arrives We this evening, and will be despatched South at 7 p.m. The three masted scow Uroroa sailed for Tairua this morning, to load for Sydney and (return to this port with a further shipment of -coal. The schooner Awanui sails for Tairua on Wednesday. The U.S.S. Co's s.s. Moana leaves Dunedin to-morrow for East Coast ports and Sydney, arriving at Gisborne on Saturday next. A paragraph m Saturday's issue from the Otago Daily Times states ing that the Monowai would take her run was incorrect. The Monowaii relieves the Moeraki for a trip. The Shaw, Savfll, and Albion steamer Rangatira leaves Wellington on the 6th proximo for Napier, Gisborne, and Lyttelton, and will leave the latter port for London on September 15th. The s.s. Fanny arrives from Napier tomorrow morning. The schooner Gisborne arrived at Mercury Bay to-day from Gisborne, and reports a rough passage.
