A mail named Barron Gardner, charged at Hunterville with" representing himself as a, doctor, was fined £25 and costs. Alex. McLean, farmer. Silvcrhope, deposed that defendant called ..at his house ajui asked what waa the matter with witness. Told him that through an acoiden'fc lie had been injured m the lungs. Defendant sounded him, and. said that •his lungs wero^ .sound, though, rather tight. He said he could cure him. Witness addressed him as a doctor. Defendant guaranteed to cure him for two guineas.
