(Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Tho annual meeting of the Tarajutki Producers' Freezing Works Company was held to-day. The receipts showed that 163,261 iboxes of butter and 9009 cases of cheese had been, received during the year. Tlie balance sheet showed the loss by fire over and above, insurance to be £2398. Otherwise the year's operations were very successful. Mr Connett was re-elected cliairman. REEFTON, this day. Mr Guinness, telegraph lineman, while I proceeding to Lyelli to repair the damage caused by the lightning, was killed midway between Lyell and Recfton, apparently by falling from his horse. He was 55 yours of age. and leaves a widow and luge family. He was a brother of Mr A. R. Guinness, Speaker of the House.
