Tho following have booked passages for South per s.s. Talune: — Mrs Rawson; Messrs McKeich, Hogg, Croll, Darton, Scragg (2), Reynolds, and Ferguson. The s.s. Rosamond sails at 4 p.m. for Napier. The s.s. Herald was working Tuparoa to-day, when Mr and Mrs Ludbrook landed. The steamer is expected here on Monday. The Moa-na, on arrival- at Dunedin to morrow, will be laid 1 up for the. time 'being, and her place will be taken by the Mbnowai, which will be withdrawn from the Sydney -Melbourne service for tlio ju-esoni. Tlie Waikare, now undergoing overhaul, will take up the Mouowai's runuiug to Melbourne on the 28th.
