THE NIWARU'S ACCIDENT.
(Per Press Association.) NAPIER, last night. There is practically no change m the position of the Niwaru. Little progress was made to-day m pumping, but it is hoped that with the addition of the two centrifugal pumps, which arrived to-day, a much greater volume of water will be, taken put. As soon as the" pumping is successful the steamer will be again taken to the anchorage.
