WRECK OF THE GAIRLOCH.
. — , JUDGMENT OF THE COURT. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The Nautical Court gave judgment this morning in the Gairloch wreck enquiry. The judgment stated that the Gairloch had no patent log out. The muster trusted to Jiis experience in estimating the speed. The master committed an error of judgment in hugging the land so closely on a dark night. ,The , Court ordered that "the certificate of Captain Austin be suspended for three montlis, 'and tlwit Austin pay £10 towards' the coats of tlie enquiry.
