A further drop m prices seems imminent. The average price to-day of Canterbury is sid, North Island 4fd, River Plate 4id. Stocks of lamb on hand are light. The average price to-day of New Zealand, Canterbury brand, are s|d., Beef is quiet. New Zealand hinds are 4|d, fores 33d. Butter is dull. Prices to-day are 105s per cwt, Danish 107s, Siberian 975., Canadian 995. Cheese is Very firm. The Karamea shipment is at 62s per cwt. Hemp is firm.
