MAIDEN HACK SCURRY, of 10 soys. For all horses that have never won a race of any description. Minimum weight, 7st 71b. Distance, £- mile. Post entry, 10s. To Start at 12.15 p.m. 3. FLYING HANDICAP, of 35 soys; second horse to receive 5 soys from the stake. Distance, 6 furlongs. Nomination, 15s ; acceptance, 20s. To Start at 12.45 p.m. 4. DISTRICT RACE HANDICAP, of 30 soys ; second horse to receive 5 soys from the stake. The horse and nominator, who must be the owner, must have been owned and trained m the district from 14th December immediately prior to the race. District from East Cape to Whangara. Distance, 1 mile. Nomination, 15s ; acceptance, 15s. To Start at 1.45 p.m. 5. UAWA STAKES HANDICAP, of 50 soys ; second horse to receive 10 soys from the stoke. Distance, 1^ miles. Nomination, 255 ; acceptance, 255. To Stait at 2.30 p.m. 6. All Nominations, Entries, and Acceptances, etc., must be made m writing, and addressed to the Secretary, Tolaga Bay, and contain Name, Age, Pedigree, and Colors of Rider. Entrance by Telegram must give full particulars, and confirmed m writing at the earliest possible opportunity. Owners, Trainers, and others are notified that all Nominations, Entries, and Acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary amount m Cash. This notification does not apply to thosff who have standing arrangements with the Executive. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. STAKES PAID IN FULL.
