NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. ON and after FRIDAY, June 27th, the First Edition of the "HERALD" will be published at 3 p.m. SHARP, to catch the train, and it is necessary that Advertisements intended for this issue should be in hand not later than 2 p.m. Town Edition at 4.15 p.m., and Advertisements not later than 3.30. Replace. Advertisements must be sent in by 3 p.m. the day before the changes are to be made.
