FINANCE FRAUDS.

In connection with the recent failure of the Leipziger Bank, Herr Exner, the manager,' bus been sentenced to five and Herr Geiitzch (second manager) to three years' imprisonment. Several directors of the bank huve been fined. Sir R. 13. Finlay, AUorney-General, states it is not intended to instruct the public prosecutor lo prosecute in the London Globe Finance Corporation and allied corporations in connection with tlie recent revelations.
