(Per Press Association:) : AUCKLAND, this day. At the Suprerife Court the. Chief Justice gave judgment m the case of the Chamber of Commerce versus B. Kept and others, re the disposal of the surplus funds of the Auckland .Exhibition. He decided to appoint four trustees (the President * and Vice-Presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, |. the Mayor of Auckland, and the Cliairman of the Haiboard Board) to hold the money m trust till a Hall of Commerce is erected, as proposed by the Exhibition prospectus.
