SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.
The Union Company's s.s. Moura Uin Beaumont) arrived from Soutu, at daylight this morning, and left for Auckland at 11 a.m. Following were her passengers:— lnward: Mesdames East, O'Meara, Bryant, Rees and children; Misses Beale, Hooper, Lagleton, O'Dwyer, Messrs Brett, McKay, barker, Skinner, Mestayer, Steele, Cumming, Hill, son, Crompton, Taylor, Williams, Sherwood, Bolton, Priestly, Harley, Stephens, Soderburg, Hildred, McDonald, Davis, Ross, Savill, Jackson, Torosey, Kearn, Munroe, Bar, Morcussen, Pricharn, Foy, Gibbs, Rees^ Nathan, Amendson, Newton, McLacblan, Williams, . and Henderson. Outward : Misses Cook and Harding, and Mr Brown. The Union Company's s.s. Omapere arrived from Napier this morning, and was to-day engaged discharging 250 tons of coal (Nelson Bros. 200 tons, Kennedy and Evans 50). She leaves to-night forCoast and Auckland. Last boat 7 o'clock. The Union Company's s.s. Waikare (Captain Richardson) left Auckland at 10 15 last night, and under ordinary circumstances should be here about the same time to-night. She will be despatched South soon after arrival. The s s. Fanny-left Napier at 5 o clock last, evening, but owing to the heavy sea was compelled to pnt back, returning to the Spu. at 7 p.m. one will come on when the weather moderates. The Tyser Company's s.s. Star of Australia has been delayed in her loading operations by the bad weather. She is expected to get away for Wellington tomorrow night. The Moura returns from Auckland on Sunday. " - * The Elingamite leaves Lyttelton tuis evening, Wellington to-morrow, Napier -Friday, and arrives here Saturday morning, sailing for Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m. , The schooner Awanui made a smart two days' run from Gisborne to Tairua, where she is loading timber for Mr W- O. The Grace Harwar has now 4,500 bales of wool aboard, -and it is expected that she will be got away, by the 25th inst.
