CORRESPONDENCE.

» (To the Editor of the HeraTiP.) Sir, — Many of your readers are interested in any agricultural implements which may give promise to be improvements on those at present in use. Noticing seme little time ago the favorable comments made by practical farmers having a colonial reputation, upon the American dux plough, I imported a double-furrow, and exhibited it at our last A. and P. Show. It was examined by many farmers, but the general opinion appeared to prevail I hat it was too light. Feeling satisfied of tho value of the testimonials received for it in tho South Island, I arranged to let a client take it "on approval." This morning I am in receipt of the following letter from my friend who took it : '" I have been using the l dux plough ' since Wednesday in stubble, ploughing a furrow llinwide by sin deep with two horse 3. It has dono capital work, and is light'On the horses. I am thoroughly satisfied with it." By inserting this I feel sure you will be doing your country readers a service. — Yours, etc., John W. Bright.
