A STRANGE DEVELOPMENT.
(Eleottio Telegraph— Copyright— UniteS Press Association,) Melbourne, Nov. 3. There has been a remarkable development of the case of Dr Fraser, recently shot by his wife. Fraaer asserts that the bullet fell at the back of his skull, and he swallowed it. He intends to take action against the doctors operating for removal of the bullet from the brain.
