(Received Jan -20, 9 a.m.) Paris, Jan. ]9. The dispersal of the British reserve squadron and the granting of a month's leave of absence to the crews has created a favorable impression in Paris. "Esterhazy has returned to Paris. M. Mercier, in an interview, said if the Court of Cassation decided upon a revision of the .Dreyfus sentence the result would be violent disorder. He doubted if Dreyfus would be allowed to return to France.
