The Master, in addition to the ordinary work of school keeping, must be capable of teaching Latin, French, and Advanced Mathematics to ex - Pupil Teachers in training, and of giving Lectures on School Management and the Principles of Education. The Mistress must have a thorough knowledge of infant schools, and must be capable of giving instruction to .young teachers in Needlework, Kindergarten, Calisthenics, and Brush Work. Salaries — Master £225, with house allowance, bonus for instructing and training the ex-Pupil Teachers, and a capitation increase on each increase in the average attendance.
