» . (Pek Press Association.) Wellington, to-day. Although the s.s. Ruahine arrived at Monte Video on Tuesday nothing has been heard of from Sergeant Wright, who sailed by her to take charge of Myers. The authorities profess to believe that no news means good news, but astonishment is generally expressed that in face of the allegations that the wrong man has been arrested Wright was not specially instructed to cable at once.
