THE DREYPUS CASE.
(Electric Telegraph— Copyrightr-United Pkbs Association.) Paris, Jan. 5. The Court of Cassation has summoned Esterhazy. In his examination M. Bartlion revealed the existence of a dossier relating lo Esterhazy and Dv Paty do Clam. Prince Victor is threatening a coup. In the course of an interview lie said he would never undo Napoleon's concession of civil rights. The Jews' patriotism was no excuse for forging in order to secure the conviction of Dreyfus. (Received Jan. 6, 9.8 a.m.) The Court of Cassation completes its enquiry at the end of January. The Comtesse Demartel, authoress, has been fined 5000 fraucs for libelling M. Trarieux, a leading supporter of the revision of the Dreyfus case.
