NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and others having claims against the abovo estate are required to send in to the office of the Public Trustee, Custom-house Quay, Wellington, or his Agent at Wairoa, and in writiug, on or before the Twentyfourth day of AUGUST, 1896, full particulars of such claims, giving the items and amounts of the same ; and the Public Trustee will, at the expiration of the said time, or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, distribute the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then had notice, and according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being to such claims as between themselves respectively.
