(Herald Special Repokteii. ) Wellington, this afternoon. Sir Maurice O'Rorko is in the chair to-day. Mr George Hutchison signalised his return to the House by giving notice that when the proposed appointment of a Bank Committee is under consideration he should move as an amendment " That no member of last year's Banking Committee should sib on this session's Committee ; and, secondly, that Stunding Orders 223 and 229 be suspeuded so that when witnesses are under examination press reporters may bo present ; and that the proceedings should be published from day to day,"
