Jockey Club's winter meeting : — Welter Handicap: St. Regel, The Miser, Moonraker, Donald McKinnon, Rainbow, Sylvanus, Mystical, Kauri Gum, Drury Lane, Belford, Primula, Whikitoria, and Chromo. Hunt Club Steeplechase : Seddon, Sir Tatton, Kaika, Glengarry, Pescador, The Shearer, Ulysses, Puketoi, Waiwaima, Coast Guard, Natatrix, Lighthouse, Pyramus, Alice, and Blunderbuss. Rain has set in, and the weather is likely to be wet for the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's races to-morrow. The course is heavy going. The favorite doubles for the Hurdles and Steeplechase are Revolt and Morag, Hopeful and Booties, Zanzibar aud Mutiny, while Tomarnngi, Light, and Cotamon have been selected as being the best in the Bracelet. A large number of horses were on the tracks at Hastings this morning for wiudiag-up gallops.
