RE-ARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS. (Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, to-day. It is understood that Mr Seddon will take charge of all the portfolios previously held by Mr Ward, aud that the Premier will distribute his present portfolios among his colleagues. The Hon. Mr Walker will in all . likelihood be appointed Minister of Education and Colonial Treasurer, and will be paid a salary.
