Ihe county team is the same as in. the previous match, except that Jackson replaces Mountsey. ' Kelly, MoEibbin, and Eady stand out of the colonial team. The attendance ia very large and the weather perfect, bat) the wicket is affected by the recent rains. The Australians lost the toss and were sent in. At present they have lost five wicketa for 79 runs, Gregory (not out) 36 being the ' highest scorer.
